Bridesmaid attire

What are your bridesmaids wearing? Did you let them pick their own dress? I wanted my girls to all pick their dress but in the same color. This proved difficult since they live all over the country. So, we decided on this dress:

That's a great dress, I can see it looking fabulous on a lot of different figure types too.
I'm having all of my girls wear a black cocktail dress of their choosing. I'm going to buy them fishnet hose and accessories to wear as their attendant gifts.

I also had my maids choose their own black cocktail dress. I REALLY wanted them to be able to wear it again!

Here is what my girls wore..I bought the birdcage veils (hard to tell in this pic, see below pic for better visual of the veils) and gloves for the ceremony. Oh yeah, the dresses were tea-length. Again, hard to tell in this photo. This is 5 out of 8 girls in the attendant party.
